2.1. These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Company and any person who accesses and/or uses the Site (the "User", "you").
2.2. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read and unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, you should stop using the Site.
2.3. These Terms of Use do not apply to third-party services accessible through the Site (e.g., social networks, payment platforms), which are governed by their own terms.
3.1. The Site is a product information platform through which articles, analysis, news, multimedia materials and other information are published related to the Scan Fit and Measure systems for quality control of extruded profiles and other parts. (the "Content").
3.2. The Company reserves the right, at any time, to modify, supplement, restrict or discontinue any part or all of the Content and functionalities of the Site, without notice and without liability.
4.1. All Content on the Site - text, images, logos, graphics, audio and video materials, databases and source code - is protected under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act and/or other applicable intellectual property law and belongs to the Company or its licensors.
4.2. Reproduction, distribution, public display, adaptation or any other use of the Content, in whole or in part, without the Company's prior written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use and quotation permitted by law, with attribution of the source.
4.3. Trademarks, names and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

9.3. 11.2. For material changes, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Users via a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
The Company may, at any time, restrict, suspend or terminate a User's access to the Site or to specific features, in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, without notice and without liability for compensation.
13.1. These Terms of Use, and any relationship arising from or connected with the use of the Site, are governed by Bulgarian law.
13.2. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court at the Company's registered seat, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.
14.1. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
14.2. The Company's failure to act in respect of a breach of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to act in respect of subsequent breaches.
