PVC extrusions
The SFM scanner is used for automated measurement and inspection of PVC extruded profiles, enabling quality control teams to ensure geometric accuracy and reduce deviations in production.
Recommended model
PVC and uPVC profiles have multiple internal chambers, so accurate imaging is essential. EngView’s CIS scanners clearly capture them without fisheye distortion, delivering shadow-free imaging and reliable detail visibility.
Rubber Extrusions
The SFM scanner has large field of view allows multiple parts to be measured simultaneously, speeding up the quality control process.

Membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs)

The SFM 600 model can measure MEAs of up to 600mm and distinuish between the transparent and material of the MEAs with one scan.
Medical tubes
