HOW IT WORKS

Locate the supporting tools suitable for a new die by following the easy procedure below:

1. Import the shape of the new die.

2. Set matching parameters such as tool diameter and thickness, minimum and maximum clearance, and number of cavities. Then run the search process.

3. Select from a number of tools that are most suitable for the new die or go back change the search parameters.

ALEX generates a report for every search, with detailed technical information of the tool that has been found. The software keeps record of all searches and a summary of the estimated net savings.
